
With over 15 years of experience in international affairs, France Brosseau supports the firm’s clients at the intersection of law, strategy and operations. After spending several years as a legal advisor at the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in Geneva, France served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President for International Organizations at Montréal International, Montreal’s economic development agency. In this role, France notably supported international organizations with their setup process, logistical planning, and connections with institutional, academic, and business networks. She also led the creation and establishment of two new international organizations: CEIMIA, a key player in the responsible development of artificial intelligence; and Égides, an international non-governmental organisation serving the needs of LGBTQ+ communities, which now brings together over 200 member organizations across 33 countries and territories. France’s unique experience makes her a trusted legal and policy advisor and enables her to provide tailored support to public and private sector organizations with an international mission.
