Paul acts as a consulting lawyer for the firm on international commercial and investment arbitration cases. He helps the team dealing with issues involving the recognition and enforcement of awards under the New York Convention as well as the annulment proceedings in front of Canadian courts. He also has experience acting as a tribunal secretary in commercial and investment cases involving the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
On top of his practice, Paul acts as a research assistant at McGill University. He assists Professors Fabien Gélinas, Ad. E. and Andrea K. Bjorklund in their work and has published articles and chapters focusing on adjudication and international arbitration.
